We do not recommend drinking any fruit juices while on the program. This is because we only recommend 1-2 servings of fruit per day and fruit juices have more servings of fruit per glass than we recommend daily. Fruit juices often times have added sweeteners or sugars to them.
You also do not get the added fiber that you would had you consumed the fruits whole.
Good fruits to have are hard, crunchy fruits that promote chewing such as apples and pears, sour fruits such as grapefruits, and any variety of berries are all good options.
