What kind of seafood can I have?

On the Cruise Control Diet we do recommend eating all varieties of seafood as a good source of protein.

If you are not fond of one selection of seafood, you can certainly substitute the called for option with another while following any of the Cruise Control Diet recipe options.

For example:

If you do not like salmon, you can certainly substitute the salmon for another fish that you do prefer like haddock.
