Recommended fruit and servings

For fruits, we recommend only 1-2 servings a day, and you will want to eat the full fruits and not have them in liquid formats as juices or smoothies can contain more servings of fruit than is recommended. Good fruits to have are hard, crunchy fruits that promote chewing such as apples and pears, sour fruits such as grapefruits, and any variety of berries are all good options.
