Snacks

Snacks we recommend are Nuts, Fruit, Yogurt (Plain Unsweetened), or Veggies and dip. Try this recipe for dip!:

 

1 cup mayonnaise w/ olive oil.

1/2 cup fresh parsley.

1/4 cup lemon juice.

3-4 large cloves garlic.

2 tablespoons fresh dill.

1 teaspoon lemon zest.

1/2 teaspoon sea salt.

fresh cracked pepper to taste.
