What are good fruits to have?

The fruits you want to enjoy are apples, pears, kiwis, avocados, cherries, apricots, limes, plums, lemons, peaches, nectarines, grapefruits, and any kind of berry.

The fruits to avoid are banana's, grapes, watermelon, honey dew melon, cantaloupe, mangoes, and raisins.

You should do your best to have 1-2 fruits per day.
