Can I have Gluten Free?

The entire program is gluten free however, you still need to make sure that you eat only foods that are allowed on the program. Even if a food is gluten free, it still can contribute to you gaining weight, For example, pasta, even if it's gluten free can still make you gain weight is a carbohydrate. 

We only recommend to have carbs from non-grain vegetables. These are all the starchy veggies you can think of. Virtually every vegetable has carbs and we recommend to eat these in unlimited amounts. If you miss pasta, there is a great product in some supermarkets (Whole Foods Supermarkets have it here in Massachusetts) that is called Shirataki Noodles. These are made form the roots of a plant and are allowed on the CCD. They are found in the refrigerated section next to the Tofu items usually. You can also get them online.
