Can I have oatmeal?

Oatmeal is not recommended. If you are looking for a cereal alternative, try to create your own "cereal" with seeds and nuts of your choice and a sliced apple. Oatmeal will work against what you are trying to achieve, this is because Oatmeal is high in carbohydrates, which breaks down into sugar and that is to be avoided during the program (except for cheat meals).
